250g flour
125g boiled, mashed potato
100-120ml double cream
20g butter
10g yeast
1 small spoon salt
1 small spoon sugar
Peel the potatoes cut into cubes and cook them to soft then mash them. Then cook them together with the remaining double cream, butter and salt. Leave this smashed potato to cool then from add flour and yeast mixture to it then knead dough from it. Leave the dough for rest for 20 minutes, then knead through then after 20 min standing time use it. On oiled table shape small discs and fry it on hot oil. Grease it with garlic-salty water solution.
