Onderwerp: butter cream

Hi ladies,
Pleaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssse help i'm realy getting tired from suffuring with my butter cream
whaterver i do,it still GRAINY ,i mean i can still feel the suger no matter what i do.
I beat the butter more than 10 min. and sift the sugar,but still have the same problem.
i've read on the net that it's better to use powdered cane sugar but i don't know where can i find it here(IN LONDON),we've just moved from Hlland to London,
please can u help me and tell me wich recepie u use and what should i do to get a smoooooooooooooth butter cream.

if you have an old electric 'koffiemolen' you can make powdered sugar your self :-) It doesn't work in an normal 'keukenmachine' because that doesn't turn so quickly.

Waarom maak je geen meringue botercreme? Daarbij los je de suiker (gewone kristalsuiker dus geen gedoe met poedersuiker) op in eiwit en dus gegarandeerd geen grainy botercreme.
