Cornflake Crunchies
50 grams Butter/margarine
50 grams Icing Sugar
2 level Tablespoons Cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons Syrup (schenk stroop)
75 grams Cornflakes
• Place butter, syrup, icing sugar and cocoa in a pan and melt slowly, stirring all the time until melted. DO NOT BOIL.
• Remove from heat and gently mix in the cornflakes.
• Heap into paper cases and leave to cool and to set.
