ive just got my cupcake mix, what measurements would you use for just 12 cupcakes...the list they give on the bag is for 20+...

also...how long does the swiss buttercream stay fresh in the fridge?

is it the funcakes mix?
Because that one usually makes 24.. so half of the measurement should do.
