			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I use pretty much only the recipe for biscuit (i find the mix a bit too sweet) and it rises enough to cut it twice so 2 layers of filling.&nbsp; <br />It really depends on how you add the flour and cornstarch to the sugar and egg mix.&nbsp; You need to have a gentle hand hahaha.&nbsp; <br />And yeah plain flour.. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Can someone tell which flour it is please...plain or self raising.</p><p>Also, my cakes normally rise very high and i can just slice them in half and add buttercream and jam then cover with fondant etc...does the biscuit recipe do the same or would i need to make 2 and sandwich them together.... <img src="https://forum.deleukstetaarten.nl/extensions/dlt_smiles/img/smile.png" alt=":)" /></p>]]></content>
