Does anyone have a recipe for a 25cm square...i wouldnt have a clue how to adapt it..
I went to my store and they dont have just Bloem, they have names before them...like self raising and another one i cant remember...

This will be enough for 25 cm round, so for square you will need 1 or 2 eggs more ( adapt other ingredients of course )

"Bloem" is plain wheat flour, you'll also need corn flour (= maizena) Een zakje vanillesuiker= 1 pack of vanilla sugar, about 10 grams. You can find this in any supermarket.

I found this recipe on the other forum

Ingrediënten
5 eieren
150 gr. suiker
125 gr. bloem
25 gr. maizena
zakje vanillesuiker
zout

Which flour is used?
What is zakje vanillesuiker?

And what quantities do i need for a 25cm square tin...or is this not the recipe i need...
I was told the biscuit recipe makes a very light sponge cake so hoping ive got the right one..
