oh i'm sorry, now i'm reading it again and i can see that it wasn't very clear written.
so...
no not self raising, that's not neccesary
just use plain flour, that will do just fine

isn't it annoying to reed a dutch website? or can you understand a bit of dutch?

ja gewoon bloem

is standaard recept, staat ook bij recepten, links in beeld
alleen staat het daar aangegeven voor een taart van 24 cm geloof ik, maar komt op hetzelfde neer
