Ik zocht eigenlijk een kant en klaar recept maar nu heb ik in iedergeval iets !!

Ingredients

1 lbs. Granulated Sugar
12 oz. Brown Sugar
12 oz. Butter or Vegetable Shortening
oz. Baking Soda
2 oz. Molasses
oz. Salt
oz. Ginger
oz. Cinnamon
2 lbs. 10 oz. Cake Flour
6 Eggs

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients for 2 minutes

2. Add all liquids and mix until dough comes together. Be careful not to overmix.

for Using on Gingerbread Houses
from Chef Richard Battista, Dean of the Los Angeles Culinary Institute
Ingredients

pt. Egg Whites
3 lbs. Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
The Juice from 1 Lemon

Directions

1. Sift powdered sugar and cream of tartar and place in mixing bowl with paddle.

2. Add egg whites and lemon juice. Mix for about two minutes. Wrap in cheesecloth and plastic wrap until ready to use.

recept gezocht maar dan wel kant en klaar zoals de biscuitmix.
