Pick-up your orders in Zurich
All items listed on the website are available to pick up in Zurich City. Please follow the ordering procedure above and choose the "pick-up" delivery option when submitting the order. We need at least one working day notice to prepare the order for you. We shall contact you to arrange pick-up appointment. We accept cash payments only (no EC, Postcard or credit cards) when picking up orders.

Overseas orders (outside of Switzerland) (last change made on 15.4.2008)
We accept overseas orders providing the buyer pays in advance. We accept payments for overseas orders via:
- PayPal in Swiss Francs (CHF).

or
- SEPA bank transactions in EUROs (only EURO countries)
on the condition that the buyer's bank supports the SEPA payment system. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that his/her bank is a participant in the SEPA scheme and that the bank transaction does not result in any bank fees charged to Back-Art.
Orders will only be sent out once we have received the complete amount due without any deductions for bank fees. There is a minimum order amount of CHF 25.00 for orders from other countries. Shipping costs include packaging contribution and handling charge. Any import duties or taxes charged at the border are responsibilty of the buyer.
