Deze taart mocht ik maken voor Fiona. Ze had mij een voorbeeld gemaild van een taart die ze mooi vond. Alleen naam en leeftijd moesten uiteraard aangepast worden. De taart bleek er eentje te zijn van Keetie. Dus ik heb haar eerst gemaild of zij er bezwaar tegen had dat ik "haar" taart zou namaken. Gelukkig was dit voor Keetie geen probleem.
Vond het een superleuke taart om te maken! Taart is gevuld met 2 laagjes zwitserse room met frambozen en in het midden een laagje jam.
