			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Waarom maak je geen meringue botercreme? Daarbij los je de suiker (gewone kristalsuiker dus geen gedoe met poedersuiker) op in eiwit en dus gegarandeerd geen grainy botercreme.</p>]]></content>
