ik denk dat het 'gewoon' chocolade is. dus je hebt niet dan gelijk een kant en klare topping.
kan wel gebruikt worden voor vullingen als fudge, denk ik, maar zoals dr staat, aangeraden >70 %. dat zal lekkerder zijn denk ik.
hoop dat je dr iets mee kan...

Hallo,

Ik wou graag weten wat ik hier allemaal mee kan, sinds het niet duidelijk op de verpakking of website staat.

Als ik dit au bain-marie smelt, heb ik dan, zonder iets toe te voegen, een vulling of topping voor taarten? Of moet het nog bewerkt/gemixed worden?

Staat 'Cooking Chocolate' en 'Fondant' op, wat is het nou?
Tevens staat er dat er 'maar' 52% cacao in zit.. Is het bruikbaar voor vullingen als 'Choco Fudge' (waar >70% aangeraden wordt)
of niet?
