			<description><![CDATA[<p>Heey!</p><p>Ik heb op het internet een recept gevonden, maar geen idee hoeveel gram 1 cup is en als ik het google word ik ook niet veel wijzer want overal staat wat anders&nbsp; <img src="https://forum.deleukstetaarten.nl/extensions/dlt_smiles/img/huh.png" alt=":s" /> <br />&amp; ze lijken me heel lekker dus hoop dat jullie me kunnen helpen!</p><br /><p>Banoffee Muffins<br />(Makes 18)(Inspired by The Muffin Cookbook)</p><p>1 cup Banana Puree, made from extra ripe bananas<br />1/2 cup Butter, melted<br />2 Eggs<br />1 cup packed Brown Sugar<br />1/2 cup Sour Cream or nonfat Greek Yogurt<br />1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract<br />2 + 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour<br />2 teaspoons Baking Powder<br />1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon<br />1/2 teaspoon Salt<br />1 + 1/3 cup (8 ounces) Heath Chocolate Toffee Bits, divided<br />1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, divided</p><p>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas and add to a medium mixing bowl with the butter, eggs, brown sugar, yogurt and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.</p><p>2. In a separate large mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; whisk to combine. Mix in 1 cup of Toffee and 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips.</p><p>3. Add the banana mixture and mix until just blended; batter will be thick.</p><p>4. Spoon into greased muffin cups or paper liners even with tops. Smooth out with the back of a spoon. In a small bowl mix 1/3 cup toffee bits with 1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips. Sprinkle a teaspoon over top of each muffin and lightly press them into the batter.</p><p>5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool on wire racks 10 minutes, remove muffins to racks and continue cooling.</p>]]></description>
