Nee, het is rood-bruine marsepein. De bedoeling was een donkerrode taart te maken, maar ik heb wat teveel maroon gebruikt, dus het neigde meer naar rood-bruin. Maar op zich vond ik dat ook wel een mooie kleur. Doordat de foto zo donker is lijkt het idd wel bruin.

Op verzoek van mijn moeder een taart gemaakt voor mijn tante, die 80 wordt. Errug leuk om een keer helemaal de vrije hand te hebben! Beide taarten gevuld met frambozencrème en witte chocoladecrème met framboosjes.
De foto is helaas erg donker.
